Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Process:
To secure your session or event date, a non-refundable retainer fee is required. Your date will only be reserved upon receipt of this retainer. Without the retainer, the date remains available to other clients.
Retainer:
All retainer payments are non-refundable, as they cover administrative time, reservation of your date, and preparation for your session. By submitting your retainer payment, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
• If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done with a minimum of 2 days’ notice.
• In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional charge, but the retainer remains non-refundable.
Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by the client. All retainers and payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Weather Conditions:
Please note that weather conditions are beyond my control. I will do my best to advise on suitable weather windows, but no refunds are issued due to dissatisfaction with weather unless rescheduling is impossible due to my availability.
